CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

We have a standard 4PM Check-In time.  If your rental home is available sooner, we will text you in advance when it will be available.  If you are arriving later than 4PM, we ask to text us so we can try to be available to show you around the property.

Check-Out Time is 10AM.  We will happily let you know if a later Check-Out time is possible.

MINIMUM STAY

During the months of JUNE through September, we have a minimum of 1 week stay, Saturday to Saturday for the Curry HOUSE and Curry BARN (options available) and Friday to Friday for the Cottage. Curry LOFT is available for check-in & out Monday - Friday. OPTIONAL 3-5night stays available with the Loft and Cottage when available.  Please inquire at info@curryplacenh.com!

Long Term Options: 7-9 month (SEPT-JUN) & ANNUAL Lease Agreements are options, please inquire at info@curryplacenh.com

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

1) Security/Damage Deposit: $500 and is due within 5 days of email reservation.  Lease Agreement will be emailed via DocuSign upon confirmation of your reservation and due within the same 5 day period as Security/Damage Deposit. 

For 4-night minimum bookings, $250 security/damage deposit is due within 5 days of email reservation. 

 

2) One-half (1/2) of the Total Rent is due by or before 1 month of signed Lease Agreement.

 

3) Balance of Total Rent is due by JUNE 1, 2021.

 

4) If reservation is made after JUNE 1st, Total Rent with Security/Damage Deposit is due with signed Lease Agreement within 5 days of email reservation and before arrival date.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The time factor is critical in vacation rentals and the Tenant in this reservation will keep the Premises off the market for a period of time. If the Tenant cancels for any reason after execution of this Agreement, the Rent cannot be refunded unless the Premises is re-rented at the same or greater price for the entire Rental Term. The earlier the Tenant indicates the need to cancel, the better are the chances of re-renting. 

 

A) Cancellation prior to June 1: Tenant agrees that if cancellation is necessary prior to the date of June 1st, The Security/Damage deposit will be forfeited unless the entire canceled reservation period can be re-rented. All cancellations should be made in writing.

 

B) It is specifically understood that if cancellation occurs after June 1, the total rent and the NH Meals & Room Tax will be forfeited unless the entire canceled reservation can be re- rented. The Security/Damage deposit will be returned to the tenant less $200.00 processing charge. All cancellations should be made in writing, and shall be effective upon the date of receipt by Curry Place Cottages LLC. 

 

SMOKING POLICY

Please note that we offer NON-smoking rental homes ONLY.  An additional $300 cleaning fee will be assessed if this policy is broken.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

When booking Direct, payment may be made through the VENMO business app.  Select: @CurryPlace.  This is a free service/app and there are no user or associated fees through VENMO. Curry Place Cottages charges 4% fee for 4 night only reservations and/or any returned checks + any additional bank charges. VENMO Link: https://venmo.com/u/CurryPlace

Credit Cards Accepted on Digital Platform Rental Sites when you book through them only - additional platform fees will apply.

PETS

Pets are not allowed unless an approved written agreement has been signed by both parties.  As dog-lovers, we happily invite hypoallergenic dogs under 25lbs. Please call to discuss!

TAXES

8.5% NH Meals & Room Tax is applicable for all rental reservations occupied LESS THAN 180 days, or 6months and 1 day.

CLEANING FEE

Curry HOUSE and BARN have a $195 cleaning fee for 1 week, OR $125 per week rented. 

Curry COTTAGE and LOFT have a $150 cleaning for 1 week OR $100 per week rented.

According to NH state law, cleaning fees are added to the base fee and the 8.5% NH tax is applied.
