CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
We have a standard 4PM Check-In time. If your rental home is available sooner, we will text you in advance when it will be available. If you are arriving later than 4PM, we ask to text us so we can try to be available to show you around the property.
Check-Out Time is 10AM. We will happily let you know if a later Check-Out time is possible.
During the months of JUNE through September, we have a minimum of 1 week stay, Friday to Friday. Please inquire for our full summer rental rates.
Long Term Options: 7-9 month (SEPT-JUN) & ANNUAL Lease Agreements are options, please inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
1) Security/Damage Deposit: $500 and is due within 5 days of email reservation. Lease Agreement will be emailed via DocuSign upon confirmation of your reservation and due within the same 5 day period as Security/Damage Deposit.
2) One-half (1/2) of the Total Rent is due by or before 1 month of signed Lease Agreement.
3) Balance of Total Rent is due by JUNE 1, 2021.
4) If reservation is made after JUNE 1st, Total Rent with Security/Damage Deposit is due with signed Lease Agreement within 5 days of email reservation and before arrival date.
The time factor is critical in vacation rentals and the Tenant in this reservation will keep the Premises off the market for a period of time. If the Tenant cancels for any reason after execution of this Agreement, the Rent cannot be refunded unless the Premises is re-rented at the same or greater price for the entire Rental Term. The earlier the Tenant indicates the need to cancel, the better are the chances of re-renting.
A) Cancellation prior to June 1: Tenant agrees that if cancellation is necessary prior to the date of June 1st, The Security/Damage deposit will be forfeited unless the entire canceled reservation period can be re-rented. All cancellations should be made in writing.
B) It is specifically understood that if cancellation occurs after June 1, the total rent and the NH Meals & Room Tax will be forfeited unless the entire canceled reservation can be re- rented. The Security/Damage deposit will be returned to the tenant less $200.00 processing charge. All cancellations should be made in writing, and shall be effective upon the date of receipt by Curry Place Cottages LLC.
Please note that we offer NON-smoking rental homes ONLY. An additional $300 cleaning fee will be assessed if this policy is broken.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
When booking Direct, payment may be made through the VENMO business app. Select: @CurryPlace. This is a free service/app and there are no user or assoicated fees.

Credit Cards Accepted on Digital Platform Rental Sites when you book through them only - additional platform fees will apply.
Pets are not allowed unless an approved written agreement has been signed by both parties. We are happy to suggest wonderful home boarding opportunities very close to Curry Place.
9% NH Meals & Room Tax is applicable for all rental reservations occupied LESS THAN 180 days, or 6months and 1 day.
Each Accommodation has a $150 cleaning fee for 1 week, OR $100 per week rented, which is added to the base fee and the 9% NH tax is applied.
