Curry Place has a long history in Commercial office space dating back to the late 1800’s.
Robert P. Curry, purchased the Holderness “Curry Place” Property from Henry H. Piper on December 26, 1884. Robert Curry was the Holderness PostMaster for 30 years dating back to 1885. In the early days of the Holderness Village, Curry Place was the location for the US Post Office and eventually added a real estate office, candy & gift shop.
Today, Curry Place Commercial includes the US Post Office building and a new 4,000 square foot office building, renovated and expanded in 2019. Curry Place is also currently the home of Peabody & Smith Real Estate, 1st Line Medical, New England Commercial Solar, Transworld Business Partners, Seeing Through Touch Massage & Bodywork, and Max Value Properties/Curry Place Cottages llc.
